Because water filters are personal hygiene and utility products, our policy is designed to protect your health while ensuring absolute peace of mind.
1. Return Timeframe & Eligibility Criteria
We offer a [7 DAYS] return window from the exact date your package is delivered to your doorstep.
To be eligible for a successful return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The filter housing must be completely unused, uninstalled, and free from scratches.
The inner 15-stage cartridge must still be sealed in its original plastic wrap (once water passes through a filter cartridge, it cannot be resold due to hygiene and health standards).
The item must be in its original product packaging box, including all washers, Teflon tape, adapters, and manuals that came with it.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your product arrives physically broken, leaking, or if you received the wrong model by mistake, we will completely take care of it at zero extra cost to you.

Our Solution: Once verified, we will instantly ship out a brand-new replacement unit to you with free express shipping, or issue a 100% full refund if you prefer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Any filter that has already been connected to a water tap or shower arm and has had water run through it.
Items returned after the [7 DAYS] return window has expired.
Products showing physical signs of forced damage or wear due to improper self-installation.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For Defects/Damages: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, [ancool] will cover 100% of the reverse shipping costs. We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address.
For Change of Mind: If you decide to return the product because you changed your mind or no longer need it, the buyer is responsible for safely packaging, arranging the reverse courier, and covering all return shipping charges to our designated warehouse facility. The product must arrive back to us in its original, completely unopened, and unused condition to qualify for a refund.
5. Exchange Options
Want a different variation or need a specific size adapter for your luxury tap fittings? We make exchanges frictionless. Contact our support team within your [7 DAYS] window, and we will guide you on how to swap your unused product for the correct configuration to ensure your filter fits perfectly.
6. Refund Process & Timing
Once your returned package reaches our warehouse facility and passes a quick inspection to ensure it is unused, we will immediately initiate your refund.
Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be credited automatically back to your original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, NetBanking, or Wallet) within [5 to 7] business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Since you paid in cash to the courier agent, we will request your secure bank account details or UPI ID via email/WhatsApp. Your refund will be safely transferred digitally within [5 to 7] business days after we receive your details.
7. How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple. Do not ship the item back without notifying us first.
