For COD orders, you agree to pay the full invoice amount in cash or via the courier partner's available digital UPI method at the exact time of delivery. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in your address being blacklisted from future purchases across our network.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, images, dimensions, and technical specifications of our products that appear at the store. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen display of any color will be completely accurate.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return Window: Customers can request a return or replacement within the designated period specified in our standalone Return Policy, provided the product remains completely unused, uninstalled, and in its original intact packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a physically damaged or completely incorrect item, you must notify us via [ancoolsupport@gmail.com] or our official WhatsApp channel within 24–48 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photo proof.

Refund Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse facility, approved refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days. For approved COD returns, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI transfer to details provided securely by the buyer.
