1. Order Processing Time

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins immediately after your automated or manual phone/WhatsApp verification is completed.
You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped from our fulfillment facility.

3. Order Tracking Information
Once your package is handed over to our courier partner, a shipment confirmation will be sent to you via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
This update will include a unique Tracking ID and a direct link to follow your package in real-time.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier portal after receiving your link.
4. Delivery Issues, Damaged Items, and Delays
Unexpected Delays: Occasionally, transit delays can occur due to extreme weather conditions, regional holidays, or high-volume festive seasons. We appreciate your patience and will actively work with the courier agent to expedite your parcel.
Damaged in Transit: If your filter housing arrives physically broken or leaking due to rough handling, please contact us immediately. 5. International Shipping
At this time, [ancool.in] specializes strictly in domestic water filtration solutions. We only ship to valid postal codes within the borders of India and do not offer international shipping options.
